Booking your tee-time on-line is fast and easy and there are no extra fees. In order to reserve a tee-time using our on-line service, you must first agree to the Internet booking policies and procedures and our cancellation policy included on this page below.

The following policies and procedures are in effect and the policies herein are enforced. We have designed our policies to accommodate a smooth and fast booking process.
Pleasant Valley Golf Course Internet Booking Policies
- All fees are due upon arrival at the course. Actual tee off controls price.
- Reservations may be booked 24/7 from April through October.
- Reservations may be booked a maximum of 7 days out.
- All reservations must be booked with a valid credit card and expiration date.
- No single player bookings are allowed unless you are joining an existing reservation that does not have a full group.
- No 2-some bookings before 12:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
- PVGC reserves the right to add players to reservations that are not 4-somes.
- PVGC reserves the right to move singles and 2-somes to other groups to make the best utilization of our tee-times. Any changes made to your reservation will be confirmed to you with an e-mail.
- Maximum of 2 tee-times to any person or group.
- 3 tee-times or more constitutes an outing and needs a written contract. Please call our pro shop at 319-337-2622 if you need to book an outing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of or changes to the reservation must be made by phone or in person no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee-time. If the reservation or change to the reservation is not cancelled by this time, the credit card holder will be responsible for all applicable posted full price fees for all players booked with the credit card being automatically charged. Cancellation or changes cannot be made on the website.
