Pleasant Valley is an excellent place to host your Golf Outings and Events. We have packages to fit small, medium, and large-sized groups and can provide the food, drinks, registration table, proximity markers, beer carts and drivers, and scoring for your event.

Outing Policies

  • Outing Representatives must sign and return the Outing Contract(s) provided by PVGC no later than 10 days in advance of the outing date.
  • Outing Representatives may guarantee numbers with a valid credit card, cash, or check.
  • Outing Representatves are responsible to inform his/her players of PVGC Outing Policies.
  • Outings may be billed after the event if arrangements are made with the Head Golf Professional.  
  • Outing participants may not bring alcoholic beverages onto PVGC. If we find alcoholic beverages on our property that were not purchased in our clubhouse, the outing will be charged our regular price for what we determine was brought in.
  • Food and other beverages may be brought onto PVGC property only with the written consent of the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Outing representatives are responsible for ensuring his/her players are checked in and ready to tee-off at their respective tee-times.
  • Acceptable pace of play is no more than 2:15 for nine holes and no more than 4:30 for eighteen holes. If your group is playing at a pace slower than this, PVGC's ranger will determine ways to speed your play. You are expected to follow our Ranger's direction concerning pace of play in order to ensure that everyone on our course can enjoy their golf experience with us.
  • In the event of lightning or other dangerous weather, PVGC will sound a warning signal over the course. It is your responsibility to get off the course and find shelter.
  • If you are having PVGC put the names of your players on the golf cars and/or score the event, you must have player names and group pairings to our pro shop no later than 2 days in advance of the event.
